| The Origination of the Panama City Chapter |
| The Buffalo Soldiers and Troopers Motorcycle Club of Panama City Florida Chapter was charted by William “Steel-Bill” Thompson, James “Top” McCall, Charles “Road Runner” Smith, and Darrell “B Man” Benymon. Along with associate members Dorothy “Dragonfly” Thompson, and Helene “Wezze” Grace. All of the Panama City Chapter members are former members of the Tallahassee Chapter. The Panama City Chapter was established April 9, 2011. |
| We claim no territory; however, we ride and fly our colors with pride and dignity as we honor the accomplishments of our military heritage with special emphasis on the Buffalo Soldiers 9th and 10th Calvary Regiments. |
